Brian M. Holm

Brian’s Bio

In handling his cases, Mr. Holm utilizes every tool in his arsenal, and has proven himself to be an incredibly skilled and creative litigator and problem solver, always with an eye toward his clients’ ultimate goals and needs. For this reason, other attorneys often call Mr. Holm in to assist them in handling complicated or challenging legal matters.

Prior to founding Holm Law Group, Mr. Holm was an attorney at a civil litigation firm with an emphasis on real estate and business litigation. There, Mr. Holm managed cases from commencement through trial and represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of civil cases, gaining far reaching civil litigation experience.

Mr. Holm attended Indiana University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Mr. Holm moved to San Diego and attended California Western School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. While there, Mr. Holm was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and earned Dean’s List honors.

Mr. Holm is admitted to the California Bar and is licensed to practice in all California courts, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Mr. Holm is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.

When he is not practicing law, Mr. Holm enjoys travelling, golfing, sailing, Indiana Hoosier basketball, Chicago Cubs baseball, and enjoying all that San Diego has to offer with his wife and two daughters.
