Natalie B. Holm is the Managing Attorney for the Elder Abuse & Personal Injury Division of Holm Law Group, PC. Her entire career has been focused on these particular areas of law, having handled countless high-end cases involving nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, slip/trip & falls, premises liability, sexual assault, and other types of personal injury. She has been instrumental in obtaining millions of dollars in settlements and jury awards on behalf of her clients over the course of her career.
In particular, approximately 60% of Ms. Holm’s career has been devoted to successfully litigating elder and dependent adult abuse and neglect cases. Her extensive knowledge regarding California’s complicated Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act (“EADACPA”) and vast experience in handling EADACPA cases sets her apart from other attorneys, and makes Holm Law Group, PC one of the few elite Southern California firms that can actually claim such an intimate understanding of this area of law.
