Claire’s Bio

Claire Cochran is the Legal and Business Operations Manager for Holm Law Group, PC. Claire’s role involves driving business development efforts to enhance and expand the firm’s services, managing referral initiatives, optimizing processes, and supporting the legal team through client communication and document preparation.

Claire attended California State University San Marcos where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Media Studies. Her academic background reflects a longstanding passion for politics, law, and public administration, combined with a continued interest and deep understanding of the expansive influence of media and marketing in shaping public awareness and understanding. Before joining Holm Law Group, Claire worked at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office’s Family Justice Center—One Safe Place, serving survivors of elder abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, and other crimes. Her background in victim-centered work continues to inform her passion for social justice and deep commitment to making legal services more accessible, responsive, and effective for those in need.

Out of the office, Claire enjoys crafting, going to the beach, playing guitar, and enjoying quality time with her friends, family, and two cats.
